Reservoir Dogs Movie Quotes
67Reservoir Dogs was Quentin Tarantino's first big budget movie project. The movie was released in 1992 and opened with mixed reviews. Most of the negative reviews were due to the violent nature and profanity in the film. Reservoir Dogs, in my opinion, has some of the best movie quotes of all time. I put this hub together so we could share all our favorite quotes from the movie. This is one of my top ten favorite films of all time. Reservoir Dogs will never go out of style and neither will any of its' quotes. I have watched the movie so many times that I know much of it by heart. If I mess anything up, please feel free to correct the quote. For those of you who have not seen the film, shame on you. Do yourself a favor and watch Reservoir Dogs tonight.
The First Time
I first saw the film at the theater. A bunch of us were walking down the street and we happened to see the poster. I never heard of Tarantino before, but I knew some of the other actors in the movie. It was enough to make us want to go see it later. After we had a few beers at the bar right next door, we went to see my first of many showings of Reservoir Dogs. The opening scene is just a bunch of guys sitting around a table bullsh*ting. It is a awesome opening scene, I remember us cracking up when Mr. Pink says "F*ck all that". All the sudden I had to take a leak from the beer we drank. Right when "Little Green Bag" started, I jumped up and ran for the john. So it wasn't until the next time I saw Reservoir Dogs, that I saw the famous scene with them walking away. After that I made sure not to drink anything. The rest of the movie was awesome and, in my opinion, undoubtedly one of the greatest screenplays there will ever be.
A Little More About Reservoir Dogs
The movie was made on a budget of around 1.2 million dollars. Think about how much money it has generated since then, must be a fortune. I have read so many reviews about the movie, about the violence, about the profanity and racist remarks. Here is what I have to say about that to all you critics out there. If those guys were real (as in real life), that's how they would talk. It's as simple as that, and a great movie to me is one that creates realism, if the film is intended to be that way. By the way, one of my good friends who originally watched the movie with me, is black. He loves Reservoir Dogs almost as much as I do. I remember asking him later if the racial comments bothered him in any way. He proceeded to ask me if I was offended by watching "The Human Tornado" the other night and we laughed our ass*s off! Reservoir Dog quotes are flying everywhere when the boys get together these days. In no particular order, I am going to list some of my favorite quotes from Reservoir Dogs. Remember to add any I missed below in the comments section, or give me a good story about the movie or something related.

Reservoir Dogs Quotes Final Thought
There you have it, thirty of my favorite quotes from Reservoir Dogs. Everyone knows that "Pulp Fiction" was the movie that made Quentin Tarantino a star. It worked out well for him, as everyone went back to watch Reservoir Dogs. That being said, let's debate! I am a huge fan of "Pulp Fiction", but "The Dogs" takes the cake. If you think one of Tarentino's other movies is the best, you better have a damn good reason.
I bought the Reservoir Dogs video game last year. I heard bad things about it, so I didn't want to be disappointed. I was at the video store one day, and there it was in the five dollar bin. It was almost brand new, book and case were too. I couldn't pass it up. It was well worth the five bucks for a Playstation 2 game. Compared to a GTA game, it's nothing, but I had fun with it. I turned off the sound in the game and listened to the Reservoir Dogs soundtrack cranked up on the system, awesome! I put the trailer for the game down there.
You don't have to be a career criminal to relate to many characters from Reservoir Dogs. I knew a old school friend of my grandfathers, who was just like Joe Cabot, it makes me laugh every time I think about him. Rest in peace grandpa, Mickey, and Lawrence Tierney. Quotes from Reservoir Dogs are some of the best movie quotes ever. Use them wisely.
